The 2026 exam is a Computer Based Recruitment Examination. It tests your basic educational foundation and mental alertness.

  •  Phase 2: Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

    Phase 3: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) 

    The PET is qualifying in nature. You must complete the tasks within the allotted time to move to the medical round.

    1. Running (1.6 Kilometers)

  • Men: Must complete in 6 minutes 30 seconds.

  • Women: Must complete in 8 minutes 30 seconds.

       2. Broad Jump (Long Jump)

  • Men: 3.66 Meters (3 attempts allowed).

  • Women: 2.75 Meters (3 attempts allowed).

 

Phase 4: Medical Examination & Document Verification 

The final hurdle is the medical check-up conducted by a Government Medical Board.

  1. Vision: Must be 6/6 (Distant) and J1 (Near) without glasses.

  2. Color Blindness: Candidates with color blindness are not eligible.
