- Note: Simply passing 12th is not enough; candidates must possess Stenography skills (Shorthand) to pass the second stage of the selection process.

Step 1: Computer Based Examination (CBT)
The first hurdle is an online objective-type test. You must clear the minimum qualifying marks and the category-wise cutoff to move forward.

Step 2: Shorthand Skill Test
